ACP Testing was founded in 1997 to conduct quality control testing and inspection of construction materials utilized on construction projects in British Columbia and the Yukon for the Terus Group of companies. The mission of ACP Testing is to develop and implement Quality Management Systems for construction projects including construction material design and Quality Control testing programs to ensure compliance of materials to End Product Specifications. ACP operates 15 regional stationary and mobile laboratories throughout British Columbia and the Yukon. The laboratories and technicians are fully equipped to conduct testing on Soils, Aggregates, Hot Mix Asphalt, Warm Mix Asphalt and Ready Mix Concrete. As part of the Colas Group, ACP Testing has a vast network of technical resources from which they can draw on. The Colas North America Technical Network has over 320 Engineers and Technicians conducting similar Quality Control testing services on thousands of projects annually. ACP Testing has full access to the Colas Campus for Science and Techniques who offer tremendous expertise with Research and Development of Road Construction Products. In addition, ACP Testing utilized Gecan . who are an AASHTO certified laboratory for all analysis of asphalt cement utilized during construction.
