At Terus, our basic philosophy regarding training and development programs that they are needed at all levels of the company, from the rookie to the seasoned veteran. They help keep employees engaged and interested in their career path, which, in turn, better serves the needs of our customers.
We offer individual and group training in many areas which have proven success, such as safety training, supervisory training, and specific on-the-job training. As well, we have our own training institution “Colas University” which provides advanced courses in professional development. Terus also has an internship program which allows students to gain expertise and practical skills in various occupations.
